Meet Our Team
Our people can give you that extra service and knowledge because we spend our resources to educate them.
We offer education to the public, by true health professionals. We support Fair Trade products and implement that same concept within our organization, making a priority out of financially rewarding our staff fairly for the work they do for all of us.

My journey to holistic healing began nearly eight years ago, through my ill-stricken mother. Alongside my own ailments, through a knowing of a healthier way to heal. Getting back to our ancestral roots. I felt my purpose to help others heal as well arising from deep within. My own healing began with the plants at Sacred Plant Traditions, where I completed a nine-month apprenticeship of the foundations of herbalism. I have followed my passion through self-study since. I have a thirst for learning how plants interact and connect with the human body, mind, and spirit. Aiding us on our journey to becoming our fullest, whole, most authentic selves.

At just 26 years old, I sat across from my cardiologist and heard words that shook my world: “You may need heart surgery.” In that moment, something inside of me rose up. My answer was clear: “No. I will do what I can to avoid it.” That choice became the turning point in my life. It started with changing my diet, learning how food could either harm or heal. Slowly, I rebuilt my strength, and eventually, I added exercise back in, something I couldn’t do before because of my heart. At the same time, I was on a traditional path in medicine. I had earned my bachelor’s degree and was on track to enter medical school. But deep down, I felt something wasn’t right. My heart, in more ways than one, was pulling me in a different direction. That’s when I discovered the path of natural medicine. Today, I’m fully embracing that calling, working toward my Master’s and Doctorate in Natural Medicine. My journey began with a choice, a choice to believe in the body’s ability to heal, to take responsibility for my health, and to follow a path that truly resonates with who I am. And now, I’m here to help others do the same, to walk beside you as you discover your own power to heal naturally.
